Your project context.
Handled with purpose.
This notice describes the information collected through the Arcaveo website enquiry form.
Information collected
The form collects your name, email, company, order stage, enquiry message and any optional destination or decision date you provide. Please do not include sensitive technical specifications or confidential supplier records in the initial enquiry.
How the information is used
Arcaveo uses the information to review your enquiry, assess the proposed engagement and communicate about your project. Submitting a form does not create an engagement or authorise work.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database, accessible through the authenticated account that operates this site. There is no public enquiry-list endpoint. Transport uses HTTPS. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for responding to and managing the enquiry. Removal is controlled by the site operator; no automatic deletion schedule is enabled. Contract and project records are covered by the terms agreed for that engagement.
Technical data
The site uses a short-lived, one-way network-identifier hash to limit form abuse. The original IP address is not stored in the enquiry record. Hosting infrastructure may separately process security and operational logs. This site does not add advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or tracking cookies.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form with “Privacy request” in the message, and include your enquiry reference if available. Identity verification may be required before records are disclosed or deleted.
