This page explains the proposed engagement framework. A project-specific written agreement governs any commissioned work.

Fees and scope

Published fees are in USD: Factory Evidence Check $8,000; Production Gate Review $12,000; Manufacturer Qualification $30,000; Production Partnership $9,000 per month; FAT Support $20,000; Portfolio Agreement $180,000 per year. The agreed scope determines the suppliers, units, documents, visits, specialist input and deliverables included. Additional work, expenses and applicable taxes are addressed in the proposal.

Independent assessment

Arcaveo is engaged by the buyer and does not take supplier commissions. Reviews depend on available evidence, agreed access and the defined scope. Limitations and outstanding evidence gaps are recorded with the findings.

Decision authority

Recommendations support the buyer’s decisions. The buyer retains payment, engineering acceptance, shipment-release and procurement authority. Arcaveo does not certify products or guarantee safety, performance, manufacturing capability or delivery.

Technical responsibilities

The proposal identifies the technical lead, field-verification requirements and report-review responsibilities. Standards, test methods and inspection points are agreed for the particular transformer and project.

Confidential information

Confidentiality arrangements and document-sharing methods are agreed before sensitive project records are requested. The initial website form is intended for a short project summary.
